I am an experienced physiotherapist, Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach and Clinical Pilates Instructor, offering physiotherapy and exercise therapy through Bond Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine, Robina, Queensland.
For me, it’s all about offering an individualised and evidence-based service targeting your goals. I use a range of manual and movement therapies to treat all musculoskeletal conditions and problem areas.
What if I’m not injured? I can assist with training program development or review, guidance with return to training following a period of deloading, the implementation of home exercise programs and skill development to improve effectiveness of current training programs. I can also liase with other members of your team, such as coaches and trainers to make sure your program is building resilience and minimising your injury risk.
What if I’m not involved in sport? Consultations are always based around the client’s needs and goals, whether that is related to every day activities, general exercise for improved health and wellbeing or high performance sport.
Not improving or reaching your goals with your current plan? I am also available for review appointments to chat through your current plan and ensure you are travelling in the right direction.
