I have a keen interest in the biomechanics of horse riding, and the implications of certain limitations on the rider, and the horse and rider combination. An individual assessment, to help identify these factors, and a targeted home or clinic-based program could significantly improve your riding, make it more enjoyable, and keep you riding for longer! Perhaps your local riding club would benefit from an on-site Pilates session!
